We offer our Varnish support subscriptions to help you make sure your web site is running smoothly, keeping your business safe. With an Enterprise Subscription you get access to support, certified versions of Varnish Cache and key tools.

We do not charge large, up front, enterprise licence fees as many traditional software vendors do. Instead we charge an annual enterprise subscription.


Varnish Enterprise Subscription

Our offer includes the following:

  • Support
    We know Varnish Cache. We wrote it. And we are here to help you. We can tune your Varnish Cache installation and your caching policies to achieve the best possible setup.
  • Software maintenance
    With an Enterprise Subscription you will have prioritized access to our certified builds of Varnish Cache. In addition we will also backport fixes from the current release of Varnish Cache to all our supported versions and provide patches as we correct bugs that might arise before releases are available.
  • Open Source Assurance
    Our Open Source Assurance we will safeguard you from claims of infringement from third parties. These assurances include modifying the software to remove or replace the infringing code, obtaining the rights to use the infringing code or indemnify you.
  • Tools
    An Enterprise Subscription includes access to our administration tools - the Varnish Administration Console.

Support levels

  • Platinum is designed for Customers requiring both advanced Product Support Services round the clock, and tools providing efficient monitoring and management of Varnish Cache. 24/7 service availabilty with a two hour response time.
  • Gold is a scaled down version of the Platinum version designed for Customers requiring advanced Product Support Services during Business Hours. 8/5 service availabilty with a two hour response time.
  • Silver is designed for Customers requiring advanced Product Support Services during Business Hours. 8/5 service availabilty with a four hour response time.
  • Basic is for customers having Varnish on a non-critical installation but require advice or QA. Recommended for development and pre-production installations.
