Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisering (RHEV) til servere er en end-to-end virtualiseringsløsning beregnet til datacentre. RHEV giver en væsentlig forbedring af din udnyttelsesgrad af serverne, samt større operationel effektivitet. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisering er baseret på Red Hat Enterprise Linux-platformen, som benyttes af tusinder af organisationer på millioner af systemer verden over.
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisering er den ideelle platform til at bygge en intern cloud af Red Hat Enterprise Linux eller Windows virtuelle maskiner. Systemet er certificeret af Microsoft til at hoste Windows 2008 servere.

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager til servere:
Et flot designet management interface, som giver avancerede muligheder for styring af hosts og de virtuelle maskiner. Du får høj tilgængelighed, live migration, storage management, system planlægger – og meget, meget mere.
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor:
En moderne hypervisor, som er baseret på ”Kernel-based Virtual Machine” (KVM) virtualiseringsteknologi. Den kan i øjeblikket anvendes som standalone bare-metal hypervisor (inkluderet). Om kort tid vil man desuden kunne aktivere Virtualization Hypervisor på Red Hat Enterprise Linux (købes separat).
